Project Comunications Strategy E-mail

The communication’s strategy is designed to promote visibility of the project in the countries of study and on a global level, as well as to create knowledge exchange and debate opportunities involving public entities, civil society and academic institutions at national and global level.

The methodology approach chosen for the implementation of the Aid Effectiveness Project’s communication strategy presents two axis of intervention: internal and external, and is based on the following principles:

  • Knowledge sharing and exchange of experiences, resources and last findings on financing for development from a gender perspective
  • Active participation
  • Visibility
  • Networking
  • Use of the latest Information and Communication Technologies

The expected main products are:

  • Joint press releases in English with highlights from all studies, links to booklets, fact sheets and any relevant event
  • For each country of study, fact sheets, photographic reports, mapping of key actors, press releases on political dialogue and capacity building(both under an HTML and PDF formats, as well as in English and in the local language whenever possible)
  • Tentatively, a common online photo gallery and a Web page including all materials
