Género y Desarrollo", edited by the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and the Dirección General de Planificación y Evaluación de Políticas de Desarrollo - DGPOLDE.  Based on the six case studies carried out by INSTRAW about Gender, Migration, Remittances and Development and other works on course, this article analyses how gender emphasis makes us revise the paradigm of Remittances for Development and propose new points to guide the discussion.
