La Communauté de Pratiques de Formation en Genre d’UN-INSTRAW promeut la création et l’échange de connaissances sur le long terme concernant la formation en genre, pour que les expériences et les leçons apprises puissent être réutilisées dans de futures initiatives. Le Compendium de Bonnes Pratiques de Formation en Genre a pour objectif de rendre plus effectives les formations et les activités de développment des capacités en équité de genre et d’évaluer les bonnes pratiques de Formation en Genre, pour ensuite les promouvoir, les répliquer et systématiser les leçons apprises. Ce document contient les critères et les descriptions d’expériences pour évaluer et sélectionner les bonnes pratiques.

La Comunidad de Prácticas en Capacitación en Género de UN-INSTRAW promueve la producción e intercambio de conocimiento sobre capacitación en género en un período de tiempo prolongado de forma tal que las experiencias existentes y las lecciones aprendidas puedan ser aplicadas a iniciativas futuras. El Compendio de Buenas Prácticas en Capacitación en Género tiene el propósito de hacer los procesos de fortalecimiento de capacidades para la igualdad de género más efectivos a través del diagnóstico y la identificación de buenas prácticas en Capacitación en Género con miras a su promoción, su replicación y sistematización de lecciones aprendidas. Este documento plantea los criterios y elementos para descripción de la experiencia para seleccionar y evaluar las buenas prácticas.

UN-INSTRAW Gender Training Community of Practice promotes knowledge creation and sharing on gender training over a long-term period so that existing experiences and lessons learned can be applied to future initiatives. The Compendium of Good Practices in Gender Training aims to make gender equality training and capacity development more effective by collecting and assessing good practices in Gender Training, in the view of their promotion, replication and systematization of lessons learned. This document includes the criteria and experience description to assess, select and submit good practices.
