1. You must be logged in to add an event. To Login please click here.
2. Click "Add an Event" which is in the bottom left hand corner of the screen, under the calendar.
3. You will find yourself in COMMON.
• Please fill in the fields SUBJECT, CATEGORY, ACTIVITY, LOCATION and CONTACT
• If you would like to add a hyperlink in the description: highlight the text and click the hyperlink symbol. In the grey box that appears paste the link under URL and click okay.
4. Next click CALENDAR (the second tab from the left)
• Enter the date of the event.
• If your event does not have a start or end time please click the box that says All day Event or Unspecified time. Otherwise enter the time of the event.
5. Click the SAVE icon that looks like this:
