The IWMF Leadership Institute Offers: The opportunity to develop skills that will have an immediate impact in your journalism career, Highly interactive sessions on issues crucial to effective leadership, Discussions led by successful women media managers, who teach from experience, Exploration of what it takes to be a media leader, Opportunities to develop an action plan for future career goals, Networking with colleagues from across the country, Session topics are scheduled on personal leadership skills as well as key issues facing media leaders today.
