The PMT programme incorporates a highly practical approach. Therefore, course enrolment is limited to maximise the benefits of the (inter)active learning techniques, workshops, practical training work visits and professional excursions.

Experienced and qualified staff provide the participants with individualised attention catering to their personal needs in management training. The course duration is from 4 - 6 weeks and the language of instruction is English. Upon request, tailor-made courses can be designed to suit the training needs of middle-management groups from one organisation. In special cases, interpreter services can be arranged.

Key aspects Personal and career development; the specific role of middle-management, management tools; strategic management; planning, organising and implementing projects; project proposal writing; organisationa and interpersonal communication; presentation skills; stress and time management; information technology; office environmental and health.

The four-week core programme consists of modules 1-5 plus one additional module. Each module consists of 3 days training combined with 2 days practical work as well as regular excursions. The six-week extended course consists of modules 1-5 plus 3 additional modules. Tailor-made programmes can be arranged to meet the specific training needs of middle-management groups from one organisation.

Certificate of Attendance from the International Training Centre for Women (ITW) will be awarded to all particpants who successfully complete the Professional Management Training Course.

The regular 4 week Management Training Fee is US$ 3.000. This includes lectures and practical training, course material, professional excursions and 2 sight seeing excursions, Welcome reception, Certification reception, Certificate of Attendence, Farewell Lunch/Dinner.

Expenses not included are

• Accommodation: approximately US$ 500 for 28 nights (in selfcatering studios)
• Local Transport: A month pass for unlimited public transport in Amsterdam/Amstelveen costs approximately US$ 65.
• Meals, telephone bills/cards etc.

A selection of modules is also possible, 1 module extends 1 week. 1 week US$ 1000 2 weeks US$ 1500 3 weeks US$ 2500 4 weeks US$ 3000
