The goal of this workshop is to raise awareness on the importance of promoting women to ICT professions, to eradicate some of myths, to provide tools and strategies fpr change agents to provide sufficient support, guidance and counselling to female students. This is a common course structure for all target groups, which can be easily adapted and fine-tuned to the needs of the different change agents in different countries. Tutor moderated Short inputs and tools are provided followed by tasks. The results are presented and discussed in the forum. The learners have access to the Wizard and an Archive with additional materials (country specific or contributed by the students). |
